Alexis Southall Workshop in Camberley
I am so excited to have Alexis Southall back down to teach and extended workshop on ITS focusing on the Slow moves.
UNMATA ITS Slow Intensive
Hot Pot Improvisational Tribal Style (ITS) is a standardised vocabulary of improvised tribal, based on ATS, developed by Amy Sigil of UNMATA. Plenty of bad-ass attitude, heaps of fun and guaranteed to make you break a sweat. Think of it as the punk rock sister of bellydance. In this class you’ll get an ITS exposure – learn some stall movements and combos from the format and dance, dance, dance. Bring water, heaps of energy, a strong team spirit and be prepared to dance your heart out!
